It is explained in the video that before multiplying the factor of 11/10, The Net Area was missing one bolt within the computation. It wouldn't make sense to reduce the Net area more by multiplying it by 10/11, since the rupture was 10/11 in the assumed path in the first place. The factor tells us that we need to multiply that certain factor to compensate for the missing bolt. :)

Bakit kasama sa parentheses ang 12? E diba part yun ng Ag? Iba kasi ang lumalabas sa calcu ko.

fourteenth edition gamit namin, baka based sa book na gamit nyo, but for A36, Fy=36 while Fu=58 talaga.
