I always just buy berries and freeze them myself in a bag that had blueberries prior! It saves the plastic use and berries are so easy and effortless to do so!

I think tracking calories every now and then can be a great tool and piece of information though it can easily get unhealthy for some. I used to track to learn about my protein intake and get that up because I just really struggled in that department despite always feeling so much better when I had more protein. Now I eat completely "intuitively" and feel great. I do track every now and then (at the END of the day so as to not influence my choices) to see how I'm doing and I do great most days. I also keep a limit to how many days I can track so I don't get obsessive and controlling.
I love your energy so much!! Your videos have helped me explore more foods and become more comfortable with eating what I want, thank you so much for posting!
This video was so cute🥺 also I recently just bought the same brand of coffee off of Amazon it was a herbal coffee medium roast dandelion coffee with the flavor vanilla nut and it’s so good and smooth😍highly recommended
I appreciate that you decided on your serving size first THEN measured, versus using the serving in the box or trying to fit a certain calorie amount!!!
Rolling pin? YES. I'm Indian so, that's the first thing I bought when I shifted to my own apartment. Also, I have heard the non-shredded daiya cheese is much better than the pre-shredded one.
I just love you. Your energy is amazing and your food is incredibllleee. The new apartment has so much personality and it’s a little quirky which I think suits perfectly! If you’re ever down my way, Philadelphia has an AMAZING vegan scene! xo adding: I do have a rolling pin. Love it.
I’ve always thought it’s not about how much you eat it’s about what your eating that matters. It’s so important to listen to our body and find balance in eating the food you love ☺️☺️
If you every want to make your own pizza doe and u like sweet Potato’s. Girllll blend up 1/2 cup oats and mash up a sweet potato and need that doe. Put it in the oven for 10 mins take it out and top it with like what you feel like and pop it back in till done. Btw I would so love to see you make this pizza if ur down. Keep doing u baes
Counting calories isn't stupid. Maybe it's not for you but for many people it's helpful. It could save someone's life who is struggling to eat/starving or save someone from dying of obesity. Much safer than bariatric surgery. I know for a lot of people it's a stressful waste of time but you shouldn't just write something off that has a valid purpose in this world just because it doesn't help you.
Great video as always! 💛 No rolling pin, no corkscrew in my kitchen. My kitchen is tiny and only the essentials make the cut. 😀 Btw, where is your “morning” glass from? Thanks!
You should try dandy blend. It’s caffeine free and tastes just like coffee but It is made with things like barley, rye, dandelion, and chicory root. It’s literally so good
Me watching this and drinking wine on a Wednesday: "yes, what better way to spend the time?" 😅 also thinking of little yous calling you mom 😍 thanks for the quality content as per usual 👌
The way you started this video made my day :D And the yellow accents made the vibe even more special! I am not surprised you love this color so much because it certainly is an instantaneous mood-lifter. . Anyways, I am glad you're doing rather well Julia! Wishing you a fantastic end of this week and the one ahead!
I have multiple rolling pins and more appliances and kitchen tools than I probably need. As much as I cook though a majority of them were gifts which are very appreciated either way. ☺️
I love ur vids Julia but I’m just curious, if counting calories is dumb and doesn’t matter why have you made a couple videos where you do it? Not hating just genuinely curious!
Love the vibe in this video and the food looks amazing! I have a rolling pin and two corkscrews (one for at home and one for taking with me to other people who might not have one :D) , but it took me several years of living alone to get there :D Also, where do you get frozen fruit in resealable bags?! Apparently Canada is different in that department, bcs I've never seen a resealable bag in the frozen food isle in the countries I lived in (Germany and Finland). I have to use tape to keep my peas, blueberries etc. from going everywhere in my freezer :D Would really appreciate resealable bags, big fan of reusing everything if possible!
You must try pesto pizza with roasted red peppers on top omg it is the BEST combination! I will also make pesto grilled cheese with the red pepper in there as well. So freaking good. I get the kind that come in a jar from Trader Joe’s and slice them up!
omg you just took me back on my moms habits that i have adopted so yours is with reusing the frozen fruit bags my mom use to use milk bags for are lunches i didn't hate it but i still use her milk bags even though i live off soy milk
Julia you should TOTALLY get into pottery! I’ve been wheel throwing for a few years and love it so much. It’s totally your vibe! I will admit your apron is way cooler than mine :) I also really appreciate these videos where you count calories bc I tend to overestimate the amount of calories in things I eat. Love your videos!!!
I have both a rolling pin and cork screw but I’ve lived alone for 12 years and I probably got them on Amazon or added them to my grocery online order at the time when I found I didn’t have one. I’ve had them for years….
I have a rolling pin because it was in the kitchen cupboard when I bought the house. I don't think I have ever gone out and bought a rolling pin. They have always just been around.

What a great and effortless idea! I’d love to do that, but sadly fresh berries are so much more expensive than the frozen ones here in Germany. :(

Childish and childlike are different. Childish does have a negative connotation, while being childlike is a great thing!
