Not only is germanys military defensive so they would just stall until allied/mobilized troops come. Also i doubt it germany would surrender if poland just took berlin, whats the point of feeling sad about berlin if when you surrender they annex it.

Poland won and Soviet Union signed peace contract. There were also plenty of wars between both Poland and Russia where Poland won before Poland was partioned. Germany however didn't matter too much For Poland, they were big threat when Hitler took power - but that's it, Polish-Lithuanian commonwealth didn't cared about Germanic states.

If you want to trace the borders you should copy the borders into another layers using the wand tool it gets the jobs done much faster
