- These legends class figures are a joy to play with and have the extra bonus of merging for the kill.
The Devastator figure is just a little shorter than a deluxe but has limited articulation. He is a great shelf piece and an all around fantastic figure. But be forewarned. He has a insatiable apatite for candy.
I got these guys for my 9th birthday and it was one of the things I remember constantly asking for, I still remember opening that present

I have this figure, all in G-1 light green. The figure that U refer to as "ravage," is in fact "scavenger." His shovel/bucket, becomes arm-connectors for "Hightower" & "Scrapper." & yes, This is quite an awesome figure considering it's made up of seven other transformable constructicons...!! "NICE...!!!!"

I have the Transformers Autobot figure Break Away. He's another robot that didn't appear in the Revenge of the Fallen, He's only in the videogame. I think it's a great toy too.

overload was in the film he didn't have a robot mode but when the constructions first drove up in the desert overload was seen in his vehicle mode for a few seconds.

11:25 Honestly, to give it symmetry (mainly in color placement), you'd think that they would have made it so that the bottom two yellow ones would form the legs, Long Haul would form the waist and upper legs (as almost always), while Hightower would form lower torso, Mixmaster would form upper torso and head, and Scavenger/Demolisher and Overload would form the arms. I guess none of the designers for Movie Constructicons had OCD like me.
I always thought it was really awkward that Long Haul was the only green component on Devastator. He just sticks out like a mis-matched piece of junk.

XD Devastator's quest for candy was so funny. 40 out of 5 :D
Hightower has an actual hook for his crane mode, not just the claw used in his robot mode.
Also, the set is being released in the US, but as an actual set and not just the individual figures like the Japanese line.
I might try and get this guy!
This Devastator figure assembles better than the G1 Constructicons that I had as a kid.
Also, Dang it! Now I want candy, and I can't because I'm already painfully out of shape. Emphasis on "painful"

there were actually nine constructicons that are confirmed to form devastator. there was a mysterious yellow dump truck that we'll never know the answer as to what happened to him. and there was a strange volvo construction vehicle that was on the aircraft carrier but not in the desert during the transformation. there's your facts if anyone is wondering :)
I noticed. If you look at the scenes where you see rampage mixmaster and overhaul ( i think thats his name) in the desert. They are all constructicons and are uncombined to become devastator. This really confused me in the movie. Also there were 8 constructicons that form devastator in the movie not nine
there are 10 constructions ze little one (the volvo) payload (the yellow dump truck) and scrap metal (the little bulldozer that attaches to hightower when forming devastator)

I was alarmed by the kitten in this video.
There’s a difference between scavenger and demolisher. Scavenger is red with spots of white and demolisher is white with spots of red. Also scavenger -according to the size chart- is a bit bigger that demolisher. And scavenger combines with devastator but demolisher does not. And now u know the difference between scavenger and demolisher.

In the movie mixmaster has 4 axles all up. one at the front (cab) and three at the back.
Sixty dollars ain't too bad. I won mine in an e-Bay auction for 71.01. Cyberverse Guzzle comes up to Devastator's waist.

I really wish Hasbro would make Voyagers/Deluxes of Scrapper, Overload, and Hightower, but odds are they won't. I just don't know why they'd rather make figures who were not even in the film for the movie line.

Each of the nine Constructicons had a clone, and the clones could also form parts of Devastator, and in theory there could be two Devastators. Scavenger’s clone was Demolishor, but Demolishor died but Scavenger didn’t.

In short: there's multiple's of each of them, just like there is Starscream, Skywarp and Thundercracker who are functionally identical. So yeah they could potentially have fielded more then one Devastator.
