- This is just a little walk through one of our maintenance jobs... When we acquired this contract the garden was " fine"...wasn't a bad garden BUT I could see the potential. As it was on a corner I wanted to improve it and make it pop. It had an initial tidy up and then the lawns were scarified. I'll put links to the work below. nice, picture perfect. Looks like stock photos of a milleonaire's yard. To think all it takes is a little weed/moss spray, just push a mower/scarifier over it once in a while.. A little shovel edging of the nice plants.. I need you to recommend the best chemicals to use though, a lot of stuff I've noticed is absolute rubbish.
