I've known about Tim for years and only ended up listening to his podcast about 3 or 4 months ago. I came across this a few weeks ago, and accidentally at that, because of some weird Spotify sorting algorithm, and this is easily one of the best ones I've heard thus far.

This has to be in my top Tim Ferriss interviews. As with many of these interviews, I didn't have the slightest idea of Sivers' bio until I'd listened. -Nerdarchist Ryan

Unfortunately UA-cam lets me LIKE this video once. I wish I could add a like every time I relisten. That would probably be like five or six. I revisit the interview every six to nine months for what I call "recalibration."

Getting into that Myers Brigg system lately, when you discussed your 4 letter codes I actually thought: From the outside Derek might actually appear as a bit of an INFP. Content with a scarce life as long as he can be creative, stumbling in the business because he wanted to be of service according to his core values, preferring exploration over networking, designing his companies culture so he does not have to do any repetitive work that becomes boring pretty fast ...
