An awesome thing I saw at a store I visited had a table next to the dry rock for people to stack. There were some neat scapes sitting there people had tinkered with.

All the second gasket does is make it more difficult to tighten it properly. It isn't a redundancy in case the top gasket leaks. If the top gasket leaks, the water will run between the thread and the bottom gasket. That bottom gasket makes it more likely to leak over time

That one backwards brick on your dry rock bin is triggering my ocd
Pet hate I have with most LFS I visit is the fish/coral pricing labels, rather than a random label stuck to the tank, please consider to print out a laminated sheet with a picture of the item, the name then the cost and a brief description, all to often stores simply say name and price. When you don't actually know the fish or coral name, you simply think "that's nice", then you hit the internet to see if it's suitable for your system. You can't be with every customer answering questions, this may free up your time and aid the customer to make a decision.
Where did you get the flood table you are using as a frag tank? What is the depth of the tub as well, if you don't mind answering good sir.

The hole saw kit! Yes. I've got piecemeal sizes in a crappy cardboard box. Love that thing.
Tip:. Drill center hole first with standard bit, then put hole saw in drill and finish job. Saw a woodworker do that to ensure the hole saw was on the mark every time.
