- The cast of Star Trek: Discovery select their favorite episodes from the series' first four seasons. The final season of Star Trek: Discovery is now streaming, exclusively on Paramount+.
Star Trek: Discovery Seasons 1 through 5 are currently streaming exclusively on Paramount+ in the U.S., the UK, Switzerland, South Korea, Latin America, Germany, France, Italy, Australia and Austria. Seasons two and three also are available on the Pluto TV “Star Trek” channel in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. In Canada, the series airs on Bell Media’s CTV Sci-Fi Channel. I’ve been very fortunate to grow up watching TNG, VOY, DS9 and now watching all of Discovery, I have to be honest, Michael Burnham is one of my favorite Captains depicted from Star Trek. Just wanted to say that. And great job Sonequa playing that role.

I’m a new fan of star trek. The first episode I watched was Discovery!
Loved this show! It needs a movie or several movies to continue the story!!
I think that they're bringing back Michele Yeoh for a spin-off. I'm gonna miss the characters from Discovery though.
But it is her character from Discovery in Section 31.
I never Group Think. I let each thing stand on it's own. A Lone Wolf mentality. Without comparing this to any other Trek, nor their influence: This is Excellent Science Fiction.
Five of my favorite Discovery episodes were chosen by the principal cast members as their favorite episodes… and on the list are three episodes that I’ve watched more times than I’ll ever publicly admit. I’ll definitely miss this show and this amazing cast.
Season 4 was my favorite but Season 5 is looking up!
There is probably no better shot, no better looking two individual episodes, of Star Trek television than ST Discovery S01E01 and E02. I actually liked he re-imagined monstrous Klingons. They were truly alien, and I accepted it as artistic license. I mean, why should a show in 2017 be tied to the limitations of the 1960's? Anyhow, I probably liked Discovery more than the majority.
Discovery has become my favorite Star Trek right alongside DS9. Let’s Fly 🖖🏻

S1 got things correct but de-evolved as each season progressed.

Being the lead actor on a Star Trek series is a very big feather in her acting career,so glad she got this gig too.

Her acting here is really good. There's no way I could match her enthusiasm - even if I was being paid.
It just seems like a farce. The Klingons are not Klingons. Big scary monster - cut! Here's a Star Trek episode oh no Burnham shoots her Captain because CUT! It's Burnham's mother in the oh no its Burnham in the red Angel suit. Why? What is the point of these episodes? Spock is dyslexic and Burnham had to lie to him because? It's easy to make fun of the first two seasons and I think that's why they changed it do more of a dramatic series instead of an action series.
Despite the fact that they seem to recognize the problems with their show it seems a little odd. And nothing can be more farcical than season 5 where Burnham seems to apologize vaguely for acts that we never considered a flaw. And now her flaw is that she has a fear of failure or a fear of flaws. She doesn't reject book because he committed treason but rather because plot.
Show season 5 is action again. But this time it copies TNG. It worked for stp3 so why not Discovery?
Since I dislike both I have no idea. Perhaps it's the acting but we will see in Starfleet Academy if the ratings are good.

I don't think we know for certain what she did. The scene begins with a Klingon very far away. Then the Klingon hits or swipes and hits the deck and makes a spark. And then Burnham rushes into him and kills him. Was he swinging toward her? Why didn't they show us that? I just get the feeling that it's just contrived drama. And that's why I Burnham doesn't make it clear and that's why the story doesn't make it clear and she can't make her apology clear. I think the first time she apologizes something to Pike. I think she apologizes to saru. Season 5 she apologizes almost every episode. But it doesn't seem to be I am sorry that I disobeyed orders. And I am sorry I didn't step back instead of flying into the Klingon and killing him.
Is Captain Burnam working on sitcoms next?

Welcome the the 23rd Century of Star Trek. Might want to watch some of the original Star Trek that STARTED all this before calling out something that was perfectly in keeping with the 23rd century era of the Federation.
I tried…I tried really, really hard to like Discovery as a lifelong Star Trek fan of all things Trek. But the occasional good story line isn’t enough to overcome this trash heap of a series. It’s seemingly written by some CW network castaways.

ST Discovery, the worst ST series made ever. Where are the human interest stories like we had in ST NG, DS9 and Voyager? It is only fast shots, a lot of animation and events which are not credible anymore.
