Ode to the land : Frame drum and spontaneous song offing with Miranda Rondeau

I remind myself
That I am here on the land to remember who I am.
I am part of the earth, the water, the air, the sun, the land and all is a reflection. Each with its own gift, medicine, wisdom and message.
As I walk I contemplate that all I see in front of me is just for me, just as it is for you. No one sees through your eyes and it’s all just for you.
When I walk out my door I want to to be magically surprised and delighted and grateful for all I see if I can slow down and remember to be present with curiosity.
I play a simple grounding rhythm to sing my gratitude to nature, to sing an offering, to sing I am open to learn, to listen and to connect.
I felt peaceful playing the same thing over and over on different spots of the land.
I imagine adding to the prayers already laid on the land.
I play imagining connecting to others drumming and singing in nature since ancient times to the present.
