Really interesting to hear about the traditions and culture of Finland! Your mom is always so cute and lovely 🥰love that you include her in the vlog :) I laughed so hard at the 10:40 scene hahaha
What a surprise to see the origin of those orange tools. After the video I went to check one of my garden tools; fake. Then I checked another tool with an orange handle; fake. BUT, the third tool had the word “FISKARS” in giant letters. Those orange scissors were a big part of my life when I was a child. My mother had a sewing machine and those were the kind of scissors she used to cut the thread. It's always good to see your mom. I remember the first time; I knew it was your mother before you even put the captions up. Only about 95 more days until my EU life. I start my long term visa application next week.
Haha, great to hear you found something from Fiskars! And how nice, Fiskars has definietly been around for awhile 😊 Wow so exciting, wishing you good luck for your move! 😍🙌🏼
I've never been to Finland but tried salty liquorice ice cream in Iceland, to me it's a acquired taste because it's not actually salty but bitter 😶by the way the saltiest liquorice I‘ve ever tried was actually in the Netherlands, the candy was coated with something that I thought was powder sugar yet salt🤨 really shouldn't have had it in just one bite😅 I definitely will visit Finland sometime in the future, it looks really beautiful😍
