Go to hanoi, vietnam. All the best meals range from 1-3 dollars if you know the right places. A whole day never costs more than 10 bucks and 10 dollars are already considered spending too much lol. If you visit a city called Hue, the food is even cheaper there.

Visited Seoul recently. As a tourist, you can easily get by on $20-25 a day for food. Would cover 3 filling meals and a snack.
