Do you think a 1999 will pass this inspection? It’s pier and beam on concrete blocks. Looks like the footing has those big metal plates on the bottom of them and not concrete
Its 5/26/2023 goin to my inspection, brand new champion build 2100 sf , and im scared, the home has no front or rear porch, it's a custom stair , is that normal ?
