Not everyone in Pattaya is a tourist or wants to eat out every day. Lots of people have kitchens or are thinking of getting an apartment with a kitchen. Which leads to the question: Where do I shop for groceries?
The best place I’ve found is Tops in the lower level on the Central Pattaya Mall. They have a butcher section with fresh meats and fish. Fresh fruits and vegetables as well packaged foods from all corners of the world.
The beer, wine and liquor section is fantastic albeit a bit pricey.
