Ugh the part about comparing your work to other people’s work and achievements is SO real, I feel like that’s the main culprit as to why I can’t be happy with anything I create and I get so negative about it😕but as always thank you for posting content and these little vlogs, it helps me to be a little more inspired moving forward 🐞
It's so hard to not compare sometimes but I always try to remind myself that everyone's on their own journey! glad you are enjoying the vlogs it is very sweet and im glad to be able to inspire you to move forward

I recently relapsed bc theres a local coffee shop that makes the best butterscotch latte ever and its soo hard to resist but any progess is small progress 😢 the felt keychains are so precious, definitely remember to take breaks and do lil finger stretchs!!! Im right there with u when it comes to making small repetitive things 😵💫 also a good but pricey microphone I use is the Rode wireless and u can connect it to ur phone with the right chords! I found mine second hand off ebay but its def a commitment if u decide to buy new lol
@@flowlotl coffee tastes so good and there's so many good flavors 😭 i feel like relapsing once in a while is okay esp if it's a little treat , but srsly it makes me feel so jittery i start to feel like it isn't worth the zap of energy :0 also tysm! thé felt keychains took so long and your right definely need to stretch before and after making small things bc my hands were hurting soooo bad lol but it's all worth it 🐾 i ended up getting a second hand one from my sister but it's not wireless but it's something i guess HAHA i'll try and look into the rhode wireless mic !
It’s so inspiring to see other people’s art online, but sometimes I can’t open instagram because I just know it’ll just make me feel bad:( something about watching your videos though doesn’t make me feel bad at all, it makes me feel seen! Just knowing that you (an artist I admire) are having the same struggles as someone like me trying to get their work out there is very refreshing😌🩷✨ I think that’s why having a community of creative people to connect with is sooooo super important !!!! After all it’s easy to forget sometimes that we’re all just silly little humans behind phone screens. Thank u for another video 🩷🩷

It's really important to have a community to support each other. its hard not to compare sometimes but its good to have inspiration from artists you love, but other times it really does do a damper from comparison. i try to have stronger boundaries when i doomscroll art instagram reels and other posts so i dont fall into that feeling of inadequacy @.@
i love your crafts so muchh!! definitely inspires me to a creative which i’m not really but i admire arts a lot more thanks to you and monica! can you recommend any creatives with shops? i would love to support you and others
I'm so glad, being creative is really therapeutic as well and a nice de-stresser ! most of the creatives i keep an eye on are heymugi, seph, and a couple other ones i follow on my instagram!
