Hi, thanku for super healthy recipe. I need some tips for my baby. He is 15 months old. I introduced him whole milk when he was 11 months old as advised by his paed. After 12.5 months he slowly stopped taking it. And till now he is not at all ready to take it. Still on formula milk. I have tried many things. Changing flavour, added bournvita, Chocos , tried glass, etc. But nothing helped. Please guide me.

Date syrup me vitamins and minerals rehte he? Dates ko process kar k banate he so rehte he usme ya nahi?
Only minerals like potassium, magnesium and iron can be obtained but not vitamins heat destroys them
