There are several reasons but the biggest issue is dps. It's just weak. Blizzard is buffing black powder by 35% next week. I really don't understand or like the patch because sub hero talents are about evis. But 35% buff? It's f-king extreme. Let's see what happens next week :)

DPS is quite same, assa is more easy.
Assa's ST is getting buffed this week, so maybe assa will be better.
