Yes, I would be curious to know if that reset is same as rebooting a comp, erasing nothing, right?
Also, if the link updates camera in ipad2 and that ipad isn't using current software edition (I stopped updates 3 ago, long story) will it still work?

Did the basic restore, keeping the content and settings.
Didn't lose a thing. Now my iPad Air camera works again.

Sally Gardiner I did every single thing possible to fix my camera. The back camera is not working an black. Since I tried everything, it may be a hardware issue. I’m not a happy camper, lol.
How do we know if it even worked in this demonstration? You don't even attempt to open up the camera again.
So I have my broken tablet and water got in can I fix and it and may/ it can work?

Okay, if you're still around I have a qn. My friend has an iPad Air. It has no front camera. He says there's a little depression where the camera should be, but no hole. I suggested he vid chat with the rear camera and put a mirror on that side. Will using the rear camera bog down the wifi connection? But all the specs show both front and rear cameras. I can't imagine Apple shipping a unit that wasn't drilled. Did they make a cheap version with only one camera?

I tried and it didn’t work and my camera is blurry when it has a human at the camera and when it’s showing something else it’s perfect
First tip worked holding down home button and off button till Apple logo disappeared.thanks

Try clearing your camera history by double clicking on your home button and sliding up your history with one or two fingers. If this doesn't work, try to restart your iPad by holding the power button and the home button at the same time until you see the apple logo. If it doesn't work, just go to the Apple Store and you'll get free replacement. That's exactly what I did and I got my new iPad mini three. Try this technique :) hope it works 😄

The "reset" that he shows you does not erase your data. The "restore" using iTunes that he mentions at the end of the video will erase your data.

Its fake, I'll explain when you go to the cam app the camera starts at the back, his back cam is on and you can't see anything becausethe camera might be covered with some paper or tape.
