Just for clarification purpose, Chanel DUST BAGS have WHITE interior but in this case, the dust bag was folded in half and placed on top of the LAMBSKIN bag 🙄🫠 What apparently caused the problem
Glad it all worked out! I have always wondered why Chanel insists on using black dust bags. Especially given all the delicate lambskin they are using lately. I love how Ysl has black dustbags but the insides are lined with a white fabric. Chanel needs to do likewise!

Back In 2010, I was able to get an exchange or credit in Singapore whilst bag was purchased in Bangkok, I got the receipt and they trace the credit card numbers in the Bangkok boutique. Promptly 🤷
I bought a black chanel jumbo CF with silver hardware 15 years back in Paris, a medium CF and other costume jewellery. Then a week later back in Singapore, I went to Chanel to see if they would exchange it for gold hardware. They did it without any question.
Maybe bc the bag wasn’t damaged. I don’t really know, as after sales told me, that’s up to the boutique if they want to exchange or not. Thanks for sharing

They painted that damage white bag and sold it as "new" to unsuspected client more than likely lol
