I used to be a professional musician, I played with a girl who I was also in a relationship, much like you were with Lisa. When she left I couldn't do it anymore, I couldn't play anymore. It's been 6 years and I still can't, but sometimes when seeing you it does give me hope. Everything you play is magic.
Put your feelings into a song and get back out there. We only ever get one life. Damien is a master at conveying his feelings to his audience. You could tell your audience how you feel. You will find comfort in that.
Buy a vocal harmoniser get a guitar out play and sing - you will find the words mean more now ...its good for the soul.....same thing happened to me ...f it move on crack open a bottle of wine get the mic out and f blast those feelings out ...blessings

From St. Lukes, the greatest one man show we have ever seen in Dallas, TX and the unforgettable Cork Opera House. His music appears to be the same from song to song but it is not. It is ever evolving and dynamic. His contribution to La Blogothèque one to one is amazing and a treasure. I rarely run across people who know who he is or his work. But for those who know, KNOW.
