What does the actual formula feel like? Is it as occlusive feeling as the old one? Apparently this one is meant to be hydrating as well as occlusive but all the comments I've seen so far say it's the opposite. Not hydrating, not particularly occlusive, just very slippery and emollient without doing much for the lips.

I actually really like the new formula. I found it hydrating. The big thing for me is the new applicator- makes it so much easier to apply.
