Glad to see some videos from you again Tatro, I know your busy moving, hope it's going well man....bike looks really good!..gonna be a nice hot rod for someone...
Love the fat seat sweet love the bars love Springer front ends it's going to be a nice one dig it all the way around maybe a little bit of a riser in them handlebars probably have to turn something turn some taller risers find a way to Chuck up on them
I like the big seat and the higher bars I've got a 1974 I run at 2009 police seat and 6-in high bars 33 wide You doing a fine job I like that bike and I like that front end
Hey Tatro ..have you ever found any value in indexing sparkplugs? There seems to be debate on the subject. I've heard that motorcycle racer's like yourself always do it ,and being a racer and mechanic, I thought you might have an opinion on the subject. Is it really worth the effort?
I've owned my 72 FLH for nearly 40 years now: I run a pogo, I have a collection of seats and handlebars I throw on it from time to time. My take on your bike is to go w/ a pogo (fat seats!), floorboards, and internal struts on that rear fender. Keep the 2 into 1s.
I like the bigger seat bords don't like those new shocks tho defanatly narrower bar and slightly higher I think would look nice with a bates head light and spark taillight no indicators or do u have to have them by law there didnt notice if the dash had oil worning light but I think an oil gauge would go with the look I like watching the videos were u make mis matched parts fit that front fender on the rear looks perfect is there enough space under it tho when the shocks compress looks crazy close if u can run that looks amazing would be great to see this get a bit further on with the calipers and discs fitted But how far do u go down the rabbit hole might as well finish if u go any further Excellent job as always love the detail u go in to in the videos Thanks Dan
I have a 74 XLH Sportster for sale locally that I find interesting. They are asking 3,700 for it and I was wondering what a guy should check out on it? I have never owned a harley before, so I'm unfamiliar. By the way, have you ever thought about writing manual style books on this subject?
Style of the big seat is way better but that seat you have is just a little to big. Use same style but a lil smaller. As for what to do with the bike when its complete. You should raffle it off. What do you think value of bike would be? I.e. $50 a ticket. 400 tickets max 20k. In your pocket and a very happy Tatro supporter.
just so you know my sons 2020 dyna lowrider S model just lost the 2ND gear bearing and it only has 8 thousand miles on it??? just crazy it is a 114 cid. and a miliwaukee 8.... how is that for a Harley Davison brand new bike.... he rides like anyone else that is crazy just having fun on a new bike... but i will come by to see you and scooby next few days and Happy 4th my friend...
The fat seat looks like it would be more comfortable and looks more period correct to the rest of the bike. The taller bars could stand to have the ends bent in to make them easier on the back. In the end, the only opinion that really matters is the opinion of the guy riding it.
@@joesurfer9754 Me too....about 40+ years and Bobbers. That why I didn't get your "perfect bike for guy's that never intend to get laid". Total opposite in my experience.

즐거운주말보내세요👋👋👋
Very cool! The springer front end is a plus!! Post the upgrades and good luck to you!
Wide seat for sure and adjust the bars and most definitely angle the floor boards !!!! That’s a bike I’d ride just as it is lol
Fred's tanks sure do look good on it LOL
Definitely the higher bars for more comfort on longer rides, bikes looking good👍🏻
How much you want for it?
I love the way you throw things together but it will last 100 years do you really like the back fender
If only i would live near you ,we could be friends. Love to learn from you.
I modified boards for mine. Super comfortable. Great exhaust.
Big seat! Thats what I wanted to have for a seat on my 72 FLH. Foot boards would be better than pegs. Thats good lookin ride!!!
Lookin good Tatro. I wish I knew how you manufacture so much time. You sure work your ass off. It shows.
who needs to sleep.

The shovel is one of your better designs. Really like the rear fender and struts. Speedster bars narrowed 2”. Nice job.
Love the fat seat sweet love the bars love Springer front ends it's going to be a nice one dig it all the way around maybe a little bit of a riser in them handlebars probably have to turn something turn some taller risers find a way to Chuck up on them
Maaaaan harley davidson need to sponsor you already🔥🔥💎💎
I definitely like the bigger seat. Cool bobber, bro.

Takin shape Tatro,be great to see a pov video of you riding that thing up to the new place : )
Not that my opinion matters, but that is a mighty fine looking bike Mr.! Go with the big seat and bars...now lets go riding!!!👍👍👍
Very nice. Aluminum rims are a sweet touch.
Yep that's a proper shovelhead ! The big seat with the taller bars cut shorter.
Like your style..................
I like the big seat and the higher bars
I've got a 1974 I run at 2009 police seat and 6-in high bars 33 wide You doing a fine job I like that bike and I like that front end
floorboards, big seat looks great
Need some foot boards like that...along with the white pads...canvas backed of course
I miss my 75 Superglide and one of the things I miss the most is the kick starter.
I would love to put one on my twin cam
Fat seat Keenan! Maybe risers for the handle bar to clear the tanks!
I had a 73 and I sold it a few years ago and I'm still kicking myself.
I agree little seat looks better shows the frame don’t hide shit 👍💯u da man Wish I live near you
Big ass seat, higher bars. Looks cool .
bigger seat n the second set of bars i think would be great for the way shes done

I've found that doing it on v8s does help. It helps control the burn across the piston.
Not sure if it helps in stock motors.
i don't do it unless this is a clearance issue like in my flathead. i have seen no gain in it or dual plugs.
tatro
Wow .. definitely not what I'd thought you'd say
Thanks man

Gonna be a total showbike! ;)
Bike looks sweet mate.
Do run pogo post with your seat or mount it solid?
That's afine motor-sickle if there ever was one! Just a good decent example of everything that necessary and nothin that's not.
The big seat looks way better.
Starting to look good....Those low bars gotta go
Bike looks better with the big seat. And I agree, those bars need to be bent up a little
Cool springer
Looks good.
That’s how I like it … me too
I like the bigger seat bords don't like those new shocks tho defanatly narrower bar and slightly higher

I like watching the videos were u make mis matched parts fit that front fender on the rear looks perfect
is there enough space under it tho when the shocks compress looks crazy close if u can run that looks amazing
would be great to see this get a bit further on with the calipers and discs fitted
But how far do u go down the rabbit hole might as well finish if u go any further
Excellent job as always love the detail u go in to in the videos
Thanks Dan
big seat and perhaps risers for the bars.
going to be sweet ride

Those wide seats wear out in a few years with a kickstart.
I agree with you. Fat seat and low narrow bars
I love it, everything about it,yes fat seat! Not a fan of the 18” rear wheel. Though, but you know opinions are like assholes , everybody has one👍🏻😁
And they usually stink

I'm with you all the way until the rear fender and struts. Ugly as homemade sin. A black primary is absolutely the look.
Probably ly gonna call me n idiot but I'm gonna buy my first bagger tomorrow. Going from 74 xlch to 04 ultra. I know you hate twin cams
Never to be seen again.
Nice should work
Bobbers = the perfect bike for guy's that never intend to get laid.
What??? LOL! Well, now we know you NEVER rode a Bobber. We put a little P-pad on the fender....just keeps the fat chicks off.
@@ajshovel1 I been running a p- pad about 35 years. Works perfect. Give's the chick's organism's when you let the gas off at high RPM also.

For my taste, Fat seat, fat tires and fat bob's 😁
Be a nice scoot for somebody.....
you going to raffle
it off lol
not likely. i would just rather sell it to some one that really wants it.
tatro
Sell it to walker
Built it to your liking then ride it like you stole it.
Gg
Looking good
