Hello Marco, I love your channel and your passion and creativity. I hope your Grandpa is ok and that he will be home soon. You are amazing. Thank you for all you do. This is one of my favourite channels.
+Emily Gallagher Thanks so much Emily
I love your videos because I always get inspired to get super creative with photography myself. I like using creative processes already, but there's always something new when I watch your videos to spark my own ideas!
Thank you Marco! It's one year later I discover your video, and I hope your family is well. I'll try this, it's a great idea. Have a lovely Christmas, and thank you so much for your videos!
Hi! I am just discovering your channel. Today, my grandma has officially been in hospice for 4 days. She is not eating or drinking as of today. This may be the beginning of the end. I have been off UA-cam for quite a few weeks and am trying to distract myself with creativity and using my instant cameras. I thought it was pure coincidence that I came across this specific video on such a day that I am experiencing. I hope you and your family are well, and thank you for sharing.
Thank you for continuing to make videos even ni the midst of family struggles. God Bless!
Thank you for this. Always a pleasure to watch. I do hope your granddad gets well soon.
+Iain Hamilton-Cummings Thanks Ian

Sorry to about your grandfather, stay strong!
I like the idea of cutting up and rearranging, I had not thought of that. It gave me a couple of ideas.

Hi there!
Thanks a lot for the videos you make, they are amazing! I’m kind exploring the analog stuff now and I love it!
This year I would like to see more videos about the Instax films (if it would be possible). Although I like Polaroid, I only have an Instax Mini and would love to know what I can do with it!
PS: I really like your channel! Thank you for your dedication to us (even when you are not in the best mood...) I’m praying for you and your family (your grandpa in particular)! Hope everything goes well and the New Year smiles to you!
Thank you!
I stumbled upon your Channel and I love it! Your content is very insightful and entertaining! I am really getting into Film Photography! I have a Polaroid Pronto!SE but I am looking to getting an SX-70 after watching your videos.
Cant wait for your next video!
Haha, play a bit with the Pronto before you upgrade, but yeah the SX-70 is just great ;)
Analog Things Thanks buddy! Youre definitely right
You doing a great job again! Love this style.
+Rob Haring Thanks Rob
Great inspirational ideas! Also, wishing your family the best.
+Wataru Maruyama Thanks
I’ve got Polaroid now a week ago. Already took 29 pictures but I’m not done yet 😀.
This camera is amazing for “refreshing” your photography skills.
As a collage artist this was MEGA inspiring 🐙
I second the comments so far given; you do a great job of bringing forward creativity with photography, and it's very clear done.
Wish you all the best with your grandfather, and yourself.
I have also a question, please.
I found a Polaroid Autofocus 5000 on my parents attic; what, current, film will that accept?
Is that with inbuilt battery?
Thanks a bunch, Marco.
+Ro Rebbel Hey Ro, thanks for your words. The 5000 takes SX-70 film and also has it included in the film, so you could just start away with it ;) you could also use 600 film with an ND filter on it, but not sure if PO is still selling it.
Great.
Thanks for your swift answer, much appreciated.
Gonna buy me a pack of color SX-70, and give it a go!
Hi! Great ideas! Hope your family is fine. Take care
+Taras Semeniuk Thanks Taras
Wish your Grandpa get better 🙏
+Trang Nguyễn Thanks
Your videos inspires me to do better!
Excellent video and idea
Many thanks! Really great job! Thiking out of the box! I follow you!
good work, thank you 4 share your ideas and opinions
Your passion as an artist is great... Thank you for all the videos... Can you please tell me what kind of double sided tape you are using.... Brand name and or creative name... cheers, Joe, in Palm Springs
Hi, it is a very nice video, great job!
Love the geometric form! Would it be cheating if I say I recently got a Fujifilm SP-3 that prints on their square film? haha what I would do is take a polaroid photo, then scan/photograph it and re-print before I would cut it 😅 Hope your Grand pa feels better. Love your channel and best wishes for 2018 😄
+Bon Adriel A. Haha, well as i said in the video you can do that with every format and if you are not sure about the outcome why not try like this.
amazing work! where did you get the double sided foil and the thick black cardboard?
+Datachrome Just some local artist supply store but you should be able to get it from amazon or any paper store
Great video dude, keep up the good work!
+Carlos Monzon Thanks Carlos
Best wishes for your Grandfather. I enjoy your videos!
+Douglas King Thanks Douglas!
Sorry to hear about your grandpa, hope he is alright.
I really enjoyed your video, but I have a question: isn't it dangerous to cut the polaroid films because of the chemicals? Or does it depend on the film type? In that case, do you know if it is dangerous to cut the instax mini film?
When you cut the image it's already developed so the chemicals are dry in the film, as long as you dont lick it you should be fine
Love this Video
Hey Marco, where do you buy your "photo cardboard"?
Love your videoes!
+Mads-Peter G. Jensen Hey, i just get it from a local artist supply store but i'm sure there is some to find on amazon.
Hi, i really loved your idea but wanted to know if the original polaroids when cut , are said to be toxic and harmful? do the chemicals inside dry away and not ooze out?
Great video!
Where you buy the black and white cardboard? I can't find it
Very cool. Thank you.
+Adam Marlow Thanks Adam
Thanks, danke für die Idee. I´ll try at home.
+Raquel Cantero Alfaro great, use #analogthings id you post something on IG
Hey, Marko! Do you know how many pictures you can take with a impossible/Polaroid originals battery? I want to buy I type film, and transfer the negatives to a 600 pack to save a few dollars. Do you have any idea how many times it will work before the battery dies? Thanks!
+Zach Mueller I can't tell you an exact number, but if you are not using flash with every image they can go for a pretty long time. Also with flash you should be able to go through a few packs of film with one battery.
Analog Things ok cool
What is the black material the photos are mounted on?
Love this!
My new favorite from you. :)
+Jarred Torres Haha thanks
Hi, do you know if I can transport instant film in a plane? cause I don’t know if the x rays of the airports when they check your baggage coil mess the film
Checked baggage
Please, make a review of Leica Sofort
+Іван Пилипко Need to see if Leica will give me one for a review.
Hello,
What happens if you use Polaroid Originals to do this? Would the image/chemicals later dissolve or act weird since you are cutting it?
no it would work perfect, just let the image dry first. so wait about 1-2 days after you took the image
What instant camera did you use
Love u!!
What do I need to make this? Thanks!!
an image and a knife or scissor ;)
Awesome video. If you don't feel well, you shouldn't force yourself to make a video. It's important to take breaks to take care of your health. If this is the case, idk lol.
this is very david hockneyesque
yeah, their are alot of artists using this technique but i think he was the first well known one ;)
I hope your grandpa is alright
