Blind pig finds an acorn every now and then. It is looking good.

Great to see the results! Is your observation hive in a temperature regulated room? Just wondering how hot and cold the room gets throughout the year?

No it is not temperature regulated. I let it go ambient but indoors. I do have an AC in there, but it is more for me when I am working than the bees. I think they may be more prone to cooler temperatures in the winter (30's-40s) than heat in the summer (90-100's). I have added a bit of insulation (double bubble wrap) to my covers to try and preserve heat through the glass.

Chuck you should make a video how you made your observations hive. Any improvement that you recommend

I think that would be a great video. It might be hard to do, unless I make another one though! This was such a fun project for an intermediate woodworker. I recommend it for any beekeeper.
