    You should try taking up jiu jitsu or yoga jiu jitsu centers everything all emotions.. especially in little kids that are shy with in a month they’re looking you in the eyes when they shake your hand.. posture attitude life changes.. cardio kick boxing is good too I’ve noticed people stick around longer when they are involved in jiu jitsu or yoga.. some gyms offer all 3.. every human should take up some kind of martial art humans need to sweat we have become to industrial for our own good and the treadmill bike step climber is not enough... angry humans everywhere I’d possibly be in jail without mma lol♥️

    Too hard on yourself. If I was in a similar boat, I would check out both The Happiness Trap... but also check out Magnesium. Magnesium can really help be less angry and less anxious
