I watched this film OVER and OVER AND OVER when I was a kid. I was enamored with the animation and scenes, the first few scenes on the gas planet are burned into my brain. I love watching them around the planet on that buggy.
I watch the movie when I was 5 Years old on the VHS casete device. Such a great memory of the Casete device that my father used to have. We used to "rent" the tapes on a casete VHS store at the time. The cover of the casete was a very large plastic box, unlike today thin glass or plastic boxes.
I’ve not only seen it, I’ve got it on DVD! I always enjoyed it as a kid. It made me feel like I was Andy, watching his favourite character’s show. I was always a massive Toy Story fan. When my parents bought our first DVD player when I was about 5, they bought Toy Story as my first DVD. I watched it so often that I wore it out and it eventually had to be replaced. 🤣
I seen it as a kid and after lightyear I would watch star command again. Like the plot is more interesting like he gets betrayed by his partner then the whole Star command gets mind control like why didn’t they used that plot.
i was five when the movie came out & had it on vhs. i moved in october 2017 & my vcr still worked but my mom made me get rid of it anyway :( i bought it on dvd from amazon at the end of february & it came on march 3. im watching it right now. im pissed about that damn lightyear movie. tim wont even be in it & nobody can play buzz like tim. this was a kick-ass spinoff already & toy story 4 ruined the series enough
Hii did you know about the movie in which a school boy likes buzz lightyear very much but was found that the shop he used to go and see Buzz Lightyear not selling their toys anymore ...( Something like this) then he goes to the toys world where he help the toy kingdom and queen from evil buzz Lightyear..... He was really big and evil but that school boy defeat him and they lived happily again 😅 do you know this kind of movie? I have been searching for this movie for couple of year but couldn't find it anywhere or its name if u know or anyone knows plzz tell me 🙏☺

The film actually proceeds the series. It serves as an introduction to those new characters.
