Here's a theme. Start as Imperfect Cell, but in order to play as Semi-Perfect Cell, you have to use Imperfects energy absorb and then win the fight to "evolve". Same goes with Semi-Perfect in order to reach Perfect Cell, no mid-battle transformations. If you lose a fight, you have to drop back to the previous form. But winning as Perfect Cell, you "evolve" to Perfect-er Cell.

I know I already suggested one the other time, but I think it's more fun to have a lot of options, so here's another:
Each time you win, you change universes. For ease of sorting, we'll do it numerically.
Universe 2 with any of the Warriors of Love, Universe 3 with Anilaza, Universe 6 with any of them though I think it'd be interesting to use someone you haven't played yet, Universe 7 of course just use someone you didn't use yet, Universe 9 with Bergamo, *UNIVERSE 10 with Zamasu* emphasized cause it's easy to forget that he's from that universe without thinking about it much, and finally any of the Pride Troopers for Universe 11.
