The cities being separate instead of doing metro populations makes no sense to do. For example, you mentioned vancouver. It's Portland's biggest suburb, it just is on the other side of the river so it's in washington state, thus technically its own city. Every one in vancouver says they're from Portland. Just using Portland Metro would have made way more sense. Spokane taking over Portland and Seattle is hilarious considering how much worse off they are over there LOL. Also it's pronounced Spo-can. The Dallas-Fort Worth Area is called the Metroplex. It is a complex of several metropolitan areas (200 towns and cities). The Metroplex is the 4th largest metro area in the United States with 7.8 million people. Thats more than Houston or Arizona.

Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, and Irving are the largest cities, but you may as well include Garland, Frisco and McKinney. Yes we have Six Flags. No, we don’t have the worst traffic, but we do have highway intersections that look like hot wheels tracks. Yes the cowboys suck. No, our food doesn’t suck who asked? We do have sketchy cities but tbh they’re not as bad as other metros. And yes, we are the business capital. I love DFW.
