Excellent video! The fact that even if it misreads the key it’s stupid easy to move the dots manually to come up with the correct bitting is a game changer. If you have a shop like this would greatly simplify complicated work for less than experienced shop help.
It definitely would. For me it's a waste of money but I like gadgets. but someone that can't site read keys this would be great. If you use the machine to decode an old worn honda or nissan key you dont know which space isnt right. this would visually tell you. you could still depth keys in and screen the shot the pics and be able to compare what it decoded and what a depth key looks like and find out where its off
I picked up one of these about a month ago. So far I really like it. I was having trouble decoding and cutting B111 and B102 keys correctly. So far this has corrected the problem. Also nice to be loading the blank while this decodes then cutting right away and not doing everything twice. Saves time.

im new to key cutting -question: how do you tell wht type of key it is "HU101" -do you use some reference manual or online or some app? also How do you know what Cut depts it should be before even key machine decodes it? im sorry for me baby questions im super new to this- please ignore it.
not sure I understand the question about cut depths. far as what key blank to use. if you're in the states my smart app is great to look things up. or the ilco key blank catalog.
Yes. I actually really like it. The pic it produces with the depths helps too. You can pretty easily see if it decoded right or not. I use it almost every day.
I like your reason I share the same addiction that is why i got one but it is piratical as well less wear on the machine to read the keys both motors and probes less wear also does plastic and aluminum keys. I also think due to you can connect to WIFI with the machine we might possibly see updates

I added a key to a 2007 mercedes SL550 with push to start on the Shift knob, the problem I'm having is making it work with the push button (proximity) the key is a proximity key and all functions work, I programmed 4 keys from different vendors and all got the same results. I called autel and they could not help just told me wrong key. Just wondering if you ever came across something like this and could help out. Thank you, Happy Holidays.

i cut copy keys manually i use my MIRACLE S10 when the client lost his keys I extract key cut from vin number I do not know who relies on an automatic machine for cutting keys already exists, but I do not see the benefit of this device
@@russej02 will i use this method in emergency situations if the customer is in a remote area in the middle of the night and I don't have time to disassemble the door lock + Also, its price is cheap on Ali Express, and it saves me a lot of effort and time, and in the end, the customer will bear the cost.

The 1200 Blitz seems to be a good short term machine but I'm looking at the dolphin 2 as a CNC for residential and automotive and there is a package through Xhorse that includes the reader.@@russej02

For the cost the machine should automatically detect key blade, it's hardly saving anytime at all.. all a manual process very poor, and no internal battery 🙄

It can’t code cut anything except car keys. I use a blitz for residential commercial
