Is this the one Varg claims to have recorded through the microphone of an aviator headset or something? The sound quality certainly is for shit, even for BM standards.
I think he used that headset mic in his Filosofem album, don't quote me on that but i believe he said that in a interview once. As for this album, he probably recorded it with satan's anus or something.
Victory Yeah I believe you're correct, it was Filosofem for the headset recording (and it sounds fine). I don't even know what the fuck he did for this one. I think the recording equipment was drunk.
It's a one man band though, he's probably recording like 5 different tracks on to one cassette (sounds like a shite one too), and i'm guessing he's playing loud as shit, so it's definitely going to be worse than a rehearsal.
