Yep, not every fugitive is a violent or truly evil person, everybody makes makes mistakes but the private for-profit prison system in this country only cares about how many customers it has. Prison makes everyone ten times worse than they were before they went in. Don't get me wrong there are criminal offenders that deserve prison but there are just as many who don't.
I didn't know we had this kind of process inside the US between states.
That's good though.
Although I do believe in getting people who are more likely to choose to do harm off the streets I do also like some balance.
Like, for example, if someone is willing to move to a different country and start over they should be able to sometimes do that. That in itself is a "punishment."
When you apply for a concealed carry permit for a gun you go through an extensive background check this includes checking to see if the person is a fugitive who is applying for the concealed carry permit for a gun.
Mean while felons carry without worry😂

I supposedly have a non-extraditeable warrant out of Phoenix. I live in Arkansas and have never been to Phoenix. The cops don't do anything except tell me to not go to Phoenix, but I want to call to see what the hell is going on. I have no reason to have a warrant in general, much less in a state I havent been to. Idk what to do about it

There is another way. There is a federal charge of interstate flight to avoid prosecution. The us marshals then take them into custody. Often they drop the charge if they waive extradition.
I have multiple non extradition charges but in a couple months… I might have… my first real big one… I live too far now it’s nothing I can do … and I don’t really trust them to go back it’s a felony… hopefully they just keep it within state lines but I’m in the next state over which is 180 miles …. I might have to fight extradition if it come to it I’m innocent anyway…
Boy wait it out until your time run out for the felony charge. The court system is rigged they don’t care if you’re innocent.

Depends on the nature of the crime quite honestly it would have to be a very serious felony for them to enter you into Interpol a database that most countries share for extradition back to the country of origin of the crime.
Go to a country where there's no ties to USA, there's a list of them.

For international extradition it would have to be a very serious felony, because you would have to be entered into (Interpol) which is a database that participating countries 95 % share to extradite you as a international fugitive from Justice.
Murder, rape, kidnapping, armed bank robbery.... Things of that nature.
This also applies when you receive your clearance s to enter any American Military Installation like I had my clearances to enter White Sands Missle Range as well as Holland Air Force Base.🇺🇸🤣🤣🤣
