Great progress on the body. The repairs around the windows looks really good, and the maroon paint looks fine. Details like the hand rails, and running lights will really set this of !!! Can’t wait to see this running !!!
The Warships were rather odd looking as scaled down German V200's and also compared to the Westerns. But in maroon it looks smart ,much nicer than blue.
@@nutmeg5032 The Network South Eastern Blue was pretty horrible and rather pale which faded badly. I think the old Great Eastern Blue suited the steam locos of that era though.

I agree I don’t think blue suited any locomotive. In fact the whole BR rebranding was boring and bland. Look how much better TPE trains look now.
