The little cut scenes at the end of 2 and 3 were more confusing so I like the more cohesive but branching story modes they use now. I feel like the creators of DOA are split into two groups: one that actually cares about writing a good story and giving characters good development and making them into sort of role models, especially for any girl players. But then there are those that just care about money and want to cater to weirdos by making boobs the main focal point or something. You can definitely see this in the character movies of later games where some are very serious and then some are just "fan-service"

I just wish ninja gaiden didnt have such an utterly different tone than DOA. I could never imagine that ayane and kasumi are literally kicking people into gore and organs everywhere when they dont even pull out their weapons to kill a bad guy especially vs someone like raidou, in DOA

The purple glow essence should be the effect of when ayane disappears. It would look so much better. Kasumi would be a neon pink with Sakura petals. Hayate would be like a blue neon light but as swift as lightning or wind Hayabusa had it downpat - either in smoke or leaves. 😪😪
I just find this funny as heck, every woman is stacked and men and women are truly equally strong despite their appearance .lol. What a world. I love DOA but the microtransactions on the outfits just too much for me. That said, if i was super rich, I probably buy em all. LOL.

The personalities changed when the English voices came in. The most consistent is Tina who was always the go getter but a tan dimwitted in some areas.
