    Isn't it just amazing how this same cassava can turn into multiple recipes? I mean sweet made gari the other day and now this cassava dough? We call this one 'wata fufu' and it's absolutely delicious. Thanks for bringing more of such recipes and the memories sweet ❤❤❤

      Dominga Tierouz QVC carried it but it is all gone now. Found it on Amazon but stock will not be available till middle of October. It is called the Lock & Lock special salad bowl storage container with draining tray. Good luck with it.

    Greetings my sistar can you please tell me if you are aware that there are two types of cassava? We in Jamaica know them as sweet cassava which is the one we peel and cook like yam, and the bitter cassava we peel or scrape then blend or grater to make bammy, so please which one do you use in this process, thank you I'm awaiting your reply

      I believe this one is the Sweet type because we boil and eat like yam as well, truth is this is the only type we have here🥰

      Remember it’s already fermented so we are only getting the water out of it, so just until the water is out unless you want to ferment it feather 🥰

    I have an interest in other cultures cuisine here in Jamaica cassava is just boiled and eaten or used to make bammy and in beer making I tried making gari once but it was sour by itself but tasted better with a meat dish I would like to try this but do I have to ferment it??
