I have an interest in other cultures cuisine here in Jamaica cassava is just boiled and eaten or used to make bammy and in beer making I tried making gari once but it was sour by itself but tasted better with a meat dish I would like to try this but do I have to ferment it??

Remember it’s already fermented so we are only getting the water out of it, so just until the water is out unless you want to ferment it feather 🥰
