If your sound is not on the primary storyline, you can move it anywhere and it will link to whichever. You can change the connection point on the audio clip by holding down Cmd and Alt and then clicking on the audio clip. Hope that helps! 😊🤞🏼
Yeah I hear you. In my opinion, if I’m creating logos for a client and I had to create something like that manually it would take me way longer to do in After Effects. With the time I save by using these templates and especially if I’m charging a client to have it done, I’d make that money back on one project. If it’s purely for your own logo and that’s all you’re going to use it for, it’s a little on the steep end, but the fact that you don’t have to use it for logos only makes it worthwhile IMO. Absolutely. Right at the bottom of the parameters is a checkbox to turn the background on/off. You can even adjust the opacity if you want to darken the footage underneath and still create some separation between your footage and the logo 😊👍🏼
Do you know if it's possible to remove the background, then speed it up? I tried, but when I created the compound clip to speed it up, the background came back.

You can yes, you can extend it as long as you need and you can turn the background off if you want to overlay it over other footage.

You should be able to do it. I would turn the background off, then create a compound clip, and then speed up the compound clip.
