I think I saw in an interview she said it was about seeing a photo of an ex of hers out with someone else after the breakup, I thought more of Bradley Cooper, that line could be coincidental

@@rachel8904 Kristen Stewart's Twilight fans have a hard time distinguishing movies from reality. They can't accept that she's engaged to a woman and have a hard time dealing with the fact that everyone has moved on except for them. I wish Suki and Twigs knew the hate was coming from these frustrated fans of an old frachise and not Rob's fans.
I think she said this is an old song, from before she met Rob. Most male movie stars have fans who want their favs to be with some co-star. Some of Jennifer Anniston fans still want to see her with Brad Pitt, Ryan Gosling's fans want him with Rachel McAdams, it's endless.
I love when good music finds me. Such a comfort. Words that resonate and something that makes me feel again.

Absolutely gorgeous song, like every song on this album ❤! Suki is so talented, she deserves all the recognition, and more! Her voice is so soothing, and the lyrics pure poetry. But I have to admit... this song in particular broke my heart a little. I can't imagine trying to live your life, trying to have a normal relationship, only to have people screaming at you from the sides "Oh, you don't deserve him!" or "Oh, he'll get back together with his ex from ten years ago". Ugh. Just ugh. It shouldn't get to you, because it literally IS bullshit on the internet, but we are humans, thus prone to unpredictable emotions. This song is the perfect response to all of that nonsense, so hats off!
