- Welcome back. Today we take a look at the Carolina, loacted at Homes By Vanderbuilt in Sanford, North Carolina. This is a fully finished 2 story home with over 2600 sq ft of living space. The upstairs has a large den area and a whole section that would make for the perfect game room. The kids rooms are almost as large as the master bedroom. If you needed more rooms you could add more bedrooms to the upstairs area. #modular #modular #2storeyhouse #hometour #4k #luxuryhomes

I think the kitchen is small for the size of this home, especially with large families. Also love the windows in the home as they do provide additional lighting. The upstairs is beautiful and really could accommodate another bedroom if needed. Because I live in a snowy area, I probably would go to hardwood flooring and use throw rugs in order to keep from having to clean carpeting. Otherwise, this unit has a lot of potential!!!!
Very versatile nice and the price makes it doable!
I'd need the bench in the foyer moved closer to the door, and used the new space behind it to place my hutch in the dining-room. Currently there would be no place to put it as the DR is too small, with my huge oak table. Love the upstairs for my office.
Beautiful home.. I like the way it's laid out. Great kitchen.. I like the handles on the cabinets. The dividers between the rooms makes each area seem like its own room, yet you have a sight line into the other rooms. You don't feel you're secluded in the kitchen. I love that Master shower. Now about that second level...all I can say is wow! It's as big as my home. Great price! I live in one of their green areas. It's a great home. Thanks for showing it. 👋👋👋👋
Awesome tour - beautiful home with a cape feel. Nice details. Nice camera shots & panning. Able to see all the qualities.
Have a great day.
For under $300,000.00 this home is a steal. I do wish it had a pantry but that area upstairs that has all that open space would be a great entertainment area. I could make that special with a large screen tv and home theater speaker system. Throw in a pool table and and some comfy chairs and my wife would never see me again. Now the wall in the living room where they have an entertainment area is nice but I’m not sure you could get a 65 inch television up on that wall. The average size of tv’s sold is 65”, now I’m only going by eye and don’t have any specific dimensions but still this is a great home. You keep showing homes like this and I may have to move to North Carolina myself. They do have some beautiful homes that you’ve shown us. Good luck and have a safe trip home.
Great home love upstairs that’s actually finished!! ❤
This one is a great looking home
Love the floor plan.
👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Great job of filming it ! 🥰🥰
The bedroom furniture was cool! 😊
I really like this home! Very few changes I would have. I’ll bet you could move the coat closet and set this on a basement. Great video! Hi Raidon! 👋🏻👋🏻
This home is awesome!❤️
The upstairs is nicely done. It has lots of space.
Thank you for the tour Nate!! I’ll be in the cue calling Vanderbilt Homes tomorrow morning!! ☺️😉
This house is beautiful, love the handles in the kitchen. With a basement. Wow. The basement is where I would ha e the Heating/Cooling stuff at! So that would leave more closet space on main floor. Enough bedrooms for a den/computer room and room for grandkids! The upstairs is big enough for my best friend his room amd personal space. Just a beautiful house.
Well it's nice.
I AGREE WITH YOU IM GLAD THAT THE ROOMS ARE SEPARATED!!❤❤❤❤
I REALLY LOVE IT LIKE THE FINISHED UPSTAIRS I WOULD PUT GAMES BATHROOM REFRIGERATOR MACROWAVE AND A TV❤❤❤

It's Beautiful
Love The Home!!!! Some Stick Built, Homes Couldn't Touch It For This Price!!!! The Second Floor Is A Plus!!! Nice Showing Nate, Thank You!!!!!😊
It's awesome
That is amazing
Upstairs would be the master bedroom
This is a really nice home and as of the upstairs i would turn that ine area into another bedroom with bath
Thankyou Nate. The home is very pretty.
Beautiful home. Beautiful review.
Thanks for sharing love it ❤️👍
Put a window in the master bathroom water closet
The cabinets handles can also be diyed for shelves and table legs. It's part of the industrial esthetic. You're right about the lack of counter space in the kitchen. The guest bathroom is a great size. It's always nice to have a sink in a laundry room. The mirrored dresser can also be diyed.
I would definitely find a way to make that upstairs my game room and theater room. Maybe block a window in the dormer and put the TV in that area.
Thank you Nate, you do a great job, keep up the good work. Hi Raidon, sorry you where left behind! Sorry, not crazy about this home.
The kitchen is small in size. Smart to put the washer & dryer right next to the kids room. Roof pitch into the upstairs attic area is low walls and steep angles.
I like the home. The only drawback is the floor to ceiling windows/ I prefer smaller windows. Iwould also like to see a door on the master bath shower.
I'm sure you could change to smaller windows.
Upstairs at one dormer make an office and half bath. Beautiful jomr
This is a good one!! I can't wait to see what you have next, that upstairs is big enough for playing a football game! Only things I would change to take out that column in the front entry and then add a bathtub in the master bath somehow! Great job 👍
not a bad price for that home
I love the area kitchen I don't like open concept
I wish i could afford something like this. I live in a 70s mobile home thats falling apart.
The only downer about this home is the kitchen, it's just too small and not enough counter and cabinet space. But I like the rest of it. Sure wish we had gone with a bigger model when we first bought years ago. My biggest piece of advice to anyone starting out is to go for bigger, even if you don't need it when you buy. You will regret it later if you don't go big, especially once you have kids! Ask me how I know, LOL
Beautiful home for just £247,250.49p. Needs a little bit more counter tops but apart from that.
I really liked the home. I really like the MBa Shower. But I would not purchase a home that does not have a master bath tub. If a person's life style is taking a shower for the rest of their life, this home is great. I see the Tub combo in the home but it is not what I would want for my retirement home. Other then that, this is a 5 Star home.
Hello Nate! Good video. But I don't care for this house very much. That bench area in the foyer is too much. It needs to be brought closer to the door so there is more room in the Dining Room. The Kitchen is too narrow for me. Or course, I know the house isn't set up for handicapped people, but I would think that anyone who is fat would also be saying the kitchen is too narrow! There's two coat closets but no Pantry! Utility room is okay. That's where the garage would go. Would put a gas fireplace or wood-burning stove in the Living Room where the entertainment center is. In the Master Bathroom I'd replace the shower with a handicapped tub/shower combo. Rest of the bathroom is very okay. The upstairs with the ceiling the way it is, (can't even get close to the walls without bending over!), would be useless for us. Unless we wanted to put guest bedrooms and bathrooms up there. Personally I'd just do away with the upstairs and build more rooms on the main floor! The guest bedrooms on the main floor could be adjusted and a hallway put in with another door and rooms added there. Extending the hallway you could add as many rooms as you wanted - even after it was delivered to your property. You might have to wait until it was completely paid for - I don't know how that stuff works - or you might be able to build it on with their permission. Of course, you can always build detached rooms! Or maybe connect them via a walkway or something. Anyway, as is, I don't care for the place. My changes would add lots to the cost too. Without the upstairs you'd have more room in your living room too. But as I said, Nate, it was a good video. If I wasn't fat and handicapped, I would have really liked the place. Except for there being no door nor bench in the Master Bathroom Shower, and the bench in the foyer needing to be over closer to the door to give more room in the dining room. I think if that was the case, I'd actually love the place!
God bless you and your family, Nate! Later!
Not sure if kitchen had enough cabinets
cool to see the finished attic space.. that helps.. otherwise..no pantry? that kitchen is far too small..FAR too small, especially without a pantry.
Nate, it's a story and a half cape cod. I love this house but don't try to tell us something that's not correct. When you speak of nice flooring, is it vinyl over particle board, or is it actual tongue and groove flooring with a sub-flooring?
Thanks for the tour of this home but this kitchen is way too small and it's kind of useless but they do have a beautifully decorated
I believe I would move the 2nd bath and utility to where the 3rd bedroom is, flit the stairs to where the 2nd bath is, shift the kitchen and living room to the left to be able to make the kitchen a little bigger, living room a little smaller and add a smugglers pantry. I would also add 2 bedrooms and a bathroom up stairs with a laundry shoot!
the kitchen is just a little to small what has happen to the pantry
No carpet in dinning room, vents need to be off floor, hot water heater needs own closet
No carpet in the dining room
The master suite and the master closet is very small.
Definitely needs a pantry and another bedroom upstairs. Nice home otherwise!
Not one of my favorites by Homes by Vanderbuilt. Small living room, dining, kitchen all most an after thought. No pantry, small bedrooms, too much carpet
What, no bathroom upstairs?
You can option the upstairs to just about any way you like, including adding a bathroom.
Don't like the bar seating in the carpeted living room
I like the home but I’m very disappointed in the mast closet.
Need a bigger kitchen more counter space the kitchen is lacking no kitchen no house!!
No countertops in the kitchen that's not good
It is not laid out very well. The kitchen is too small, the bedrooms are too small and the MB is too small.
