I like the estate agent, he was honest when he told them their budget was not realistic
"This is not the view I had in mind" ... No, but it's the view you can afford! He told them at the very first meeting that the property they want DOES NOT exist in their price range 🙄

I don’t know what people always have with this „ocean view“. You don’t stare out the window all the time… I think in this case it’s not worth it. I wouldn’t ever live with this busy noisy street under my window… better find a really nice place 20 minutes into the land - that’s close enough to the water… you will get so much more space for the money.
It’s not Leroy’s fault. He does not set the price!! Everyone one wants 3 bedrooms, ocean view, no stairs for a dollar!! If you want it pay the price so annoying

SO hard to watch because of the loud ass music in the background. Stopped 2 minutes in.
There wasn't much of a view with the second house. I saw the cars and heard their noise more than I saw any views. I loved the bathroom of the 3rd house. Would have picked that and updated the kitchen.

This woman is soooooo annoying with unrealistic expectations. If she wants to have all kids and grandkids stay with your American house and do not relocate to Mexico. Why to even relocate if your life is limited to kids and cooking?
