- Hi friends! We are going to kick it up a notch in this class! This yoga practice is powerful, fun and SPICY! This is a free flowing vinyasa; which means less explaining and more moving! We will have options for handstand, forearm stand and wheel! This is more of an intermediate/advanced practice; however if you are just starting out but willing, stay and give it a try! Do what you can!

Of course! I have a bunch of PREP classes filmed that are short stretches or skill based all under 20 min coming out and I will make sure to film some more 30 min spicy flows for you 🫶🤍. Always know you can take the 45 min classes, set a timer and take savasana early as well! I know it’s not ideal but sometimes I do that when I’m short on time! OMG this practice was the first thing I did this morning AND OMG!! my hair got wet, my clothes got wet, my yoga mat got wet, I was completely soaked through. thank you so much for this beautiful practice, it was so, so, so hard, but so worth it

This 100% makes sense! Let’s build those shoulders 🤍🫶. You sound so strong I know with consistent practice your handstand is coming!!!
Make sure when you’re doing planks, down dog and shoulder weight bearing postures you focus on wrapping your elbows back and your biceps’s forward, pressing the ground away (slightly elevating your shoulders) and gripping with your fingers into the mat. These little things over time will add up to big shoulder strength!! Also def as I release more SIZZLE classes those are going to be for you!! I have a few coming up where we really work on crow too and they’ll usually give you opportunity to work your hops 🫶🫶🫶🫶
