Barely made it through haha! I love these workouts because it’s legs and cardio together but it’s also fun. Treadmills are so boring, and I have back issues sometimes so I don’t squat as often as odd like, so this is a great way to achieve a cardiovascular and leg workout without the monotony and heavy weights

Leg Days are a must great way to release testosterone and build all around strength. Legs don't have to be big to be strong. Believe it.

@@abulrahat5484 Not just genetics he's shorter than the other guy and clearly doesn't Barbell squat..or do any weighted Leg training. Calisthenics is were it's at, but you need BB squats and a deadlift variation to be complete imo

The legs wouldn't look so skinny if the calf was developed more, blacks of west African descent have good genes for muscle growth everywhere except the calves, a long calf tendon with a short calf muscle is great for running but looks bad for Bodybuilding, East Asians on the other hand have great leg genetics for Bodybuilding on average, whites are somewhat in between
