I bought my 100% Leather seat covers from Katzkin.
They took the original leather off my seats and installed the TRD Red (color) leather back on my seats.
I then sold my Black Leather to a friend who also has a 23 Tacoma , but he has gray cloth and wanted black leather.

I’m going to be testing that out through my own use but I am not worried about it anymore than I would be with real leather seats

Unbolt your seats. It’s much easier. You can’t get the straps tight enough any other way.
