    Interesting that there is no single mention of the impact of increasing mortgage rates, which as we all know was a big driver in this asset class. Additionally, we can look at housing housing starts for inventory expectations. Seems incomplete to me.

      Supply is even lower than demand in those cases. Price increases are possible that way too.
