    Ingredients:
    - 3 glasses of cooked rice
    - 1/2 ripe mango, peeled and grated
    - 5 tablespoons of oil
    - 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds
    - 1 tablespoon of peanuts
    - 1/4 teaspoon of chana dal (split chickpeas)
    - 1/4 teaspoon of urad dal (split black gram)
    - 5 green chilies, slit
    - A few curry leaves
    - 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
    - Salt to taste
    - Chopped coriander leaves
    - A pinch of sugar
    - 4 onions, sliced
    - 1/2 lemon
    Instructions:
    1. Dry fry the peanuts in a pan for 1 to 2 minutes. Then, add 5 tbsp of oil, chana dal, urad dal, and mustard seeds. Let them splutter and fry until they turn golden brown.
    2. Add the slit green chilies, curry leaves, and sliced onions. Sprinkle with a pinch of sugar. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
    3. Add the grated mango, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the mango softens. Then, add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
    4. Add the cooked rice and mix well until the rice is coated with the mango mixture.
    5. Enjoy your Mango Chitranna!
