Not to many cad guys know how to do a simple prog die like this. keycreator really is the shit. I'v tried other cad software but all ways come back to this.

Excellent work
I don't think this die design will work. The designer is trying to make the most efficient use of material. The flanges should go to the outside because when forming, the metal wants to pull toward the flange. In a 2-out die with the flanges on the outside, the pressure is balanced and the metal has no tendency to move. A one out die will have a completely different design configuration(remember balance).
Any places where you would recommend die design? i'm interested in learning

Bending punch are not fessible. If travel of machine increase , u fill find the tool in pcs

The tool is not working. Small, but important things are not as they need to be, e.g. notches in the trimline, blankholder in the bending operation, lifter for the whole strip, ...

very cool program, it would be cool to see this project finished. the current designed here would not produce good parts.

@@thundercuck1779 progressive dies need stops to get going on track and alignment punches to keep it an track . Relying on a feeder wouldn't work very long. It would be a good idea to have alignment punches in each stag up to the trim stag.

Mais s'il vous plaît faites-le en SW et partagez votre expérience, peut-être me convaincre que SW est meilleur.

Pour concevoir des outils, vous avez besoin du bon outil.
Personne ne m'a montré que SW est plus rapide et plus facile à utiliser que KC.

折疊和裁切在兩側同時進行，偏移也沒關係。
