@@chinmaybhalerao yes but not too far. Make sure you do not move the image needle of convex lens while placing the concave in between. Change only when ur adjusting
Although that should be the case but according to me it wasn't done so that the f calculated doesn't come out to be negative... I hopt its correct if not kindly correct me...😊
That's why study the concepts with detail...just mugging sign conventions is not suggested. The direction of the rays and the direction of measuring distance(from the optical centre) both are in same direction in both the cases( image and object distance). That's the reason but explaining things just by text becomes difficult. So hope you got It :)

Why was the lens placed at a distance of 42.7cm only
Sir why u r placing concave lens
at 42.7 ???
@AKSHAT GOKHALE he already prepared a slide or ppt with that value. so he had to put it in the exact place to get same value
@@aki._.1242 so we can put it on any value between convex lens and image needle ???
@@chinmaybhalerao yes but not too far. Make sure you do not move the image needle of convex lens while placing the concave in between. Change only when ur adjusting
Beautiful explanation sir 💕
sir is there any calculation for where we have to set the concave lens from the convex lens
Sir,why you placed concave lens at that particular position ,say,at42.7 cm?
You can place at any arbitrary point of your choice
@@visualphysicstutor5945 but why 42.7cm?
@@AaronChristopher869 lol
Same Q. Sir
@@ajitsaharan3843 he put the lens at 42.7 since he had a slide prepared with that value
Quite helpful 🙌💯
2 hours before practicals💀
Sir how do you decide the position of concave lens
Like 42.7 for 1st
Then 45.2
Rhen 48 ...????
same question have you got an answer
well i think sir just took an example by himself
Sir is really missing something 😮
It was really helpful 💐
O really thanks sir
It much help me for today 🤘👍
Why did you place the concave lens at 42.7 cm only?
Term 2 anyone^.^

@@preetikumari1913 ✌️🙌
Very nice explanation but sir i have a doubt.
Why did you putted the concave lens at 42.7cm distance
Sir ji apki personality ek number hai
sir, why u and v were taken positive while solving for f, although for concave lens there values must be negative according to sign convention??
Although that should be the case but according to me it wasn't done so that the f calculated doesn't come out to be negative...

You can keep it anywhere between the lens and image needle. 42.7cm maybe for calculations sake

Thankyou sir
Thank you! Helped a lot.
Thank you so much sir 🙏🙏🥰🥰
Why is the concave lens kept at 42.7 cm?
Its just an example I think 😊
just random position since you have to keep it between convex lens and image needle.
btw, you have exam tomr too ? 😂
Thanks
Sir how to find that where we have to keep the concave lens?u kept it 48,42.5..???
Ya thanx. Sir
sir do we have to keep in mind the sign convention during the focal length calculation?
yes

Why concave lens at 42.7 cm can't we keep it at any other position

How 45.2 come in 2 record
hi sir lens kahase kharede
Sir I have a doubt... Why is the concave lens placed at the distance of 42.7 cm and 45.2 cm only? I mean on which basis??
I HAVE THE SAME DOUBT
there is no such logic there sir might already had the readings and so as to keep the calculations smooth ..he took these readings
Same doubt plz reply sir
I also same doubt
I think that's focal length of concave lens 12.7 cm
why on 42.7 ?????
Sir what about any index correction please answer my doubt I have exam in

u dont have to use index correction. just omit that column when u write observations
