The group left their previous Company JYP Entertainment after they were told only 3 of the members were being offered a new contract and the boys always had this packed if it's not all of us its none of us. Jay B studied law etc. to have the group exit the company and take everything with GOT7 name attached to it they take with them including the name and copyrights to it. they are now signed to Sony Music. Jay B did all the leg work and helped the group become the first group in KPOP to leave cleanly from the company that created them and still perform together. You have named all so far that you know correctly. Another fun fact GOT7 Hard carry was the first KPOP song ever to make it on the Billboard 100 list when it was release. First you did A.C.E and now GOT7, my two Ult groups 😱 I love GOT7 soo much and they have been my Ults since 2018, I kinda feel like NaNaNa (written & composed by JayB), the MV is about GOT7's journey.. JayB comes back from the military in 9 days and Jinyoung in 15, soo happy to have our parents back soon.. I got into Kpop music this year. My first intro was BTS. My second was Jackson Wang and GOT7. Call me crazy, but I find similarities between the two groups. In my mind, GOT7 would've been as big as BTS had JYP Entertainment not sabotaged them. The two groups have great respect for each other and that's bwcause they are great people with great talents. My dream concert eould be the two groups together going through their songs that are plays off each other. I think their fans would appreciate this giant collaboration. I am so excited for you and I wish I could experience discovering Got7 again. I love them so much, they were my first real exposure to kpop. A dance practice for Just Right (the one where they're being silly) pop onto my recommendations and I was like "who are these goofballs and why is this song so good?" I then fell head first into the rabbit hole of kpop and I've been stuck here since 2016. You mentioned in the beginning in passing about them having lore which isn't really accurate. There's no overarching storyline between mvs, there isn't a backstory for the group like with BTS or Ateez. They didn't do that kind of thing with ONE exception: the Flight Log Trilogy (Fly, Hard Carry, & Never Ever). I would suggest if you ever watch those mvs to find a playlist that has the trailers and mvs in order. That way you can the whole story at one time.
