What I recommend is that you cover the cake with the black fondant the day before, in your case on Sunday. You keep it in the fridge and on Monday you take it out of the fridge so it has time to sweat and dry, a fan will be useful to help the cake return to its matte tone. That will take about 30 minutes, then you put the final decorations on and it will be done. ♥♥♥
