Hi Alyshia, my husband has the same issue with his foot. What has helped him tremendously is doing grounding. He has not complained since. It took about 4 months of grounding before he stopped saying he was in pain. Just thought I should share. Anyways, thx to you and your hubby for some wholesome content. Alyshia make sure you are not wearing flip flops. You want arch support. Also, try not to walk barefoot around the house. Get something with support. I feel your pain because I am flat footed and have the same issue plus heel spur pain.

I have PF as well. It only affects me when I have to walk a lot. My husband walks fast, so I feel bad, I am walking so slow and somwhat limping when I walk when it is paining me. It is also hard when you have kids, can't run and play with them much. I am finding the right kind of shoes to wear to help it. I don't want drugs or sugery..want more natural alternatives to deal with pain for now. I heard rubbing magnesium oil on it can help, or castor oil. I will try that see if it works for me! Good to know I'm not alone.

One things I realize is that Jamaicans, are like Africans, Indians and Latinas they have a pallet for only local foods. As a Trini I loved my time in Jamaica. I love festival and jerk chicken. But I'm so happy to be a Trini because of our multicultural society we have such a wide ranging taste bud.

You have to talk about what the doctor do for your heel. I am suffering from the same thing. I have a tennis ball rolling under it, it helps a little but I want it gone.
Queen Alesia Powell. I use to suffer with Plantar Fasciitis/ heel spur. It was terrible. I took 2 cortisone shot even though I didn't like it & never wanted to take it but the pain was so severe so I decided to give it a try & the pain stop for a little & then it came right back. I went to Another Doctor & he told me to rotate my shoes ( don't wear the same shoes every day). I did that and I also went to a pharmacy name Rite Aid which is in the US ( I live here) and I bought the insole that is perfect for my feet. I put it in my sneakers and wallah started using it everyday & up to this day, the pain went away and I no longer suffer from heel spur ( 5years & counting) First find out from your Doctor if your foot is arch etc. so that you can buy the right insole for your feet to wear in your sneakers. I hope this help. ❤❤
I’m dealing with the plantar fasciitis now. No fun at all. I’ve been stretching, wearing the boot, and even walking around the house with heals. I went to PT a few times as well. So I do some of those exercises as well. Good luck. Pray it gets better soon.
Hi Alyshia, greetings from Trinidad, I'm one of your silent viewers and had plantar fasciitis in both heels at different times, i visited one of our specialist and got an injection in my heel and that took care of it, that is about seven years ago, was a little expensive but it worked.

Went to my dr , he told me i have to watch the type of shoes i wear, i use to wear any kind of shoes, i stop, get a bottle freeze it and roll your foot on it every chance you get.I also bought a stocking at the pharmacy that i slept in,it keeps the foot into a position that flex the foot, i also do the flex excercises on the stairs with it. My dr was planning on giving me the injection in the heel, he told me the truth, he said you wont like it,so we try all the natural way and change my shoes, it works. Now i cheated and wear my other shoes but not for long because i know what i had been through😂❤. Hope this helps.

Apply castor oil to the sole of the foot. It helps with plantar fasciitis. Put the oil on a pad of gauze, etc. Wear a sock to keep in place. Check out Barbara O’Neil for various ways to use and benefit from castor oil.
I feel for you Mrs Powell with your problem with your heels or foot. That problem is Bi lateral I had it on one side than the other side did the same thing. I had the shot but be care of you do that it cause WEIGHT GAIN BAD.
Hi Alisha, sorry to hear you are having extreme pain with your plantar fasciitis. Did you try the stretching exercises online ? They really work, I am a RN and on my feet. Alyshia, advice is to stop wearing flat sandals (flip flop) and not to be bear feet. Roll your feet on a tennis ball regularly/daily.

That works for my plantar fasciitis and watch the shoes you wear sister.
My pot suggestion is Calphalon or Faberware brand, they will last for decades.
