Aloha, Amanda, Felix, Sean & Nhi...Such a nice collaboration of foodies. I was happy to see Sean and Nhi on the CHANNEL...I am also glad that Sean & his wife were on the entire episode.
I actually met Sean & Nhi at 7-11 in Kapolei around 3 weeks ago. Was such a cool surprise. So much food at the night market. I loved the choices that you all made. That steak sandwich seemed ono and bomb. LOL! I have seen a burrito a bit bigger than Jeramiah's. Check out the BURRITO KID. MEAN! Not sure he has the tortilla wrapped in cheese, but it is huge. Amanda was right,
ANNATTO SEEDS or Achiote Oil is used. This is also used in Gandule rice and gives it, its red color. Amanda is right again on the cheesecake, tasted like Uncle Tetsu's. Remember they also,
had a brick in mortar at the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center Food Court. Loved Nhi's food analogies. Spot on. You all did a great job and love to see more of this collaboration. Foodie Heaven.

That spicy challenge was tough to watch with all of Sean’s sweating and choking 😂. But Felix looked all fresh like a G 😂😂😂 and even felt bad and did the pushups too.

Libby's Manapua to me is the best "OG" pork hash! Also their manapua's and Char Hung Sat had the best manapua's! I need to try this pork hash, but to my liking, I'll let you and Amanda know.

We used to make po'kash at home in da steamer in a big pot on top da oven pressed formed in porcelain coffee cup dishes.
Pohk, water chestnuts, celery sliced small cuts, green onions, black peppah, a tiny bit of hamha paste, and a tiny bit of black bean.
Then we add a dash of shoyu and chilli watah befo eatn'. We also ate small red chillies 🌶️ soaked in shoyu and sesame oil.
