Am I the only one who found it funny for Artie not wanting Blaine and Kurt to not get married because they were to young, but he was fine with Rachel and Finn getting married?
Yeah I think the writers made a flub there and handled both marriages poorly when you compare them, because Burt was one of the people against Finn and Rachel getting married but he's fine with Kurt ;/ The marriage b/w Finn and Rachel was attempted to be stopped by their parents to show how they weren't ready (along with Quinn's accident which thank god stopped their marriage) but this marriage is completely glorified after a one minute speech. I didnt like this engagement as much as I didnt like Finchel's. Too young to marry, straight or gay.

Michelle Streater they are too young but at least Blaine's desire to get married has been consistent. He's always talked about being excited to one day get married when it was legalized even in like season two. I'm only 20 and it still hits me that in my state if gay marriage hadn't been passed by the Supreme Court I wouldn't be able to marry someone I love. I get his excitement even if they are so young and it is different from Finn and Rachel.
Completely agree, Im all for Blaine's speech about equality, but its still marriage at a young age. They haven't gone through the struggle that older gay couples have who had been together and have waited. Its just a political statement for him and he kinda admitted it. He should do it cuz he loves Kurt and they are financially ready.

Its horrible. Even as a drama, this tv show must suck. For your information, I'm 25 and I enjoy the show. I know women in their 50's who enjoy the show. I knew most of the songs before the show did them. I was raised around a variety of music. So stop acting like you know everything about everyone. If you don't like the show or the music, DON'T watch. Simple as that

Sure, most of the time I can only watch it in little chunks (too much drama in way too little time) but Glee has showed me so many good songs that I've never even heard of before. It may not be the greatest show on Earth but its musical variety is a thing to be praised. Half of my music is because Glee did a cover and while sometimes I may not like the cover, I certainly can get into the original. Besides, so what if 13 year old girls discover the Beatles through Glee, at least they are getting a taste of them somehow. I don't exactly hear the Beatles on the radio anymore and you can't really expect 13 year old kids to know about the Beatles. It's a great way to open people up to new types of music and new songs.
FYI I'm 16 almost 17 and I love glee. If you don't like glee that's fine but don't insult or assume things about people who like the show. because you know what they say about people who assume. So just shut up and grow up.
