    FIX YOUR FUEL PUMP ISSUE ASAP!!! If your pump drops in voltage at high rpms or under load there goes your motor along with it. Car will lean out and detonate. Run a wire from the battery to the fuel pump with a relay in between to keep a constant 12v . Thumbs up so they see this and don't hurt the motor beating on it.

      @stoverthetech 7 років тому +31

      PatioPerformance Crew my thoughts exactly . Voltage drop is not something to ignore. Add some new grounds from engine to body and body to battery. Then recheck if still loosing voltage suspect belt slip or alternator failure

      Does anyone know what fuel pump he's running? Should at least be a walbro 400, I would be pretty concerned though seeing how he's running a cheap ebay turbo. Fuel pumps are never something you want to cheap out on, and definitely hardwire it as others have said as well.

      I have a wire straight to the pump relay, Its got protection if the ecu sees it leaning out

      +mr slowbike and it weighs like 2300lbs or something like that! This car has to be stupid fast. He took down some seriously fast cars in an earlier video (newer GT500, Hellcat, and modded CTS-V).

    • @patioperformancecrew6785

      mr slowbike fuck a hellcat you can't even compare the two cars. This car will annihilate a hellcat... this car makes the same power as a hellcat 707bhp = about 648whp

      mr slowbike And a Hellcat weighs almost 2000 more pounds then a civic.

      This EK will smoke the fuck out of a Hellcat, with ease. The Hatch could even give the Hellcat a head start and still win.

      Not impressive any teen with a garage and some knowledge can pull this off. More embarrassing is the hellcat.

    nice work! I grew up racing muscle cars in the 80s. no turbos, no ebay. we had Buicks, Monte carlos, chargers and mustangs and firebirds. Street racing was light to light quarter miles. I had a 2 car garage that turned into AutoWorks. fun times back then. you are a younger version of me, we'd get along good. As I grew up, I got into Harleys and opened Aspen Custom Cycle. That lasted 15 years. I had a 92 hp 1975 shovelhead in the 90s before American chopper. Custom bikes were fun! Now it's your turn! turbos and ricer doesn't matter, you're building fast cars in your garage!
    Don't worry about the haters, you've out done them all. Be safe! and thanks for the videos!

      PatioPerformance Crew I get what you're saying but it is also cool to optimize it so you can just mash the pedal and bang gears and not spin at all

    • @patioperformancecrew6785
      @patioperformancecrew6785 7 років тому

      VeeDees yes ofcourse. But in my experience from the cars I've driven boost by gear has made the car slower and not as aggressive as I would like. But that's just my opinion and what I like... I can decently see your point of view 👍🏼

      Just keep tweaking on the tune until you are on the edge of traction, or even a little over it.
      light peddling would catch it back without too much lifting.

    Definitely going to be using PFI Speed when I get my build tuned. These guys just seem super chill and they obviously do great work. About an hour and thirty minute drive but it seems well worth it. .28hp per lb to the wheels sounds *insanely* fast. If you subtract at least 10% for the drivetrain loses the Hellcat is 636hp to the wheels. Take 636/4493, which is the curb weight it has, and you get .14hp per lb to the wheels. That literally means this car is 2x as fast as a hellcat if it weighs 2300lbs curb weight.

    Nice job on that manifold! You picked up about 75whp on the 15psi setting. That's impressive! I have never been into Hondas or imports at all, but that thing is one MEAN ride. You're pushing about 725hp at the crank (at the 608whp setting) in a car that weighs like 2300lbs. I bet that thing is an absolute rocket on the highway.

So go EG-civic for track inspired, And EK-civic for show/track inspired) hope this helps. Do lots of research there is loads everywhere, And the honda community has really good people.

      Will Lee Well they're doing different things. Haggard Garage and Ricer Miata are about drifting in the other hand boostedboiz are about street racing. The difference is boostedboiz know how a car works and tune it with all the proper parts while they own a civic that makes 650whp. In the other hand Triggered-BOI and his crew are doing whatever the fuck comes to their head by throwing parts on their cars without having the knowledge of how exactly they work. I don't see Ricer Miata so I can't say much. I saw he bought a clean 1 series while Haggard still making their cars junk.

    Hey man I notice you are running your stock intake manifold and throttle body. Do you have any plans on swapping the stock for a Skunk2 Ultra series or custome made manifold w bigger throttle body ?!?

      Dr. Dro That car is sick but no way they would even consider him. No cage, no bucket seats or harness. He really needs a cage because car is a monster.

      Dr. Dro I love the car but an 800hp Supra would put it to shame lol

      @talon4x4 8 років тому +12

      Considering the Honda weighs around 1000lbs less than the Supra it would be a damn close race.

      Talon4x4 he needs to rev out his car to make peak power. He would only hang in there near his red line then every gear change the Supra would pull away by having a more linear power bang. Not mention it only makes 600 in 4th, from a standard 40 roll in 2nd the Supra would but 3-5 of the gate and continue to pull in 3rd

      Talon4x4 this car would be a close race with a Heads/cam c6z Vette
